Cooking is much more than a profession for me; it is a passion that I inherited from home. I come from an entrepreneurial family in the hospitality industry, and as a small child I already walked through my father and mother’s restaurant. That atmosphere and dedication to quality have always stayed with me.

Over the years, I have gained a lot of experience in some of the most beautiful restaurants in the Netherlands. For example, I worked at restaurant Zeezout⭐️, Villa Augustus, Vandal, 1nul8, Vineum, Ventuno Skylounge, and an internship at Beluga⭐️⭐️. In these restaurants I not only learned the tricks of the trade, but also developed a deep respect for the art of fine dining and delivering top quality.
